Consultations are available in person anywhere in the world. Ann Marie also offers long distance phone consultations from photos and sketches of your site using a unique blend of the practical and the intuitive—a body radar—to evaluate the subtle aspects of the site.

Ann Marie works with clients to:

1. Evaluate a property and house (each room) to enhance your experience of living.

2. Give life to a project if it is inexplicably bogged down or totally stopped.

3. Suggest sustainable design solutions, and ideas for better health and productivity.

4. Integrate the site's power spots, ley lines, earth swirls or other invisible nature patterns that may conflict with the building designs.

5.Conduct ceremonies for:
• Ground breaking
• Space clearing
• Moving into a new building
• Opening a business
• Placing the foundation
• Cutting or pruning trees
• Diverting, filling in or creating culverts for water

6. Help sell a property. Staging a house, looking at history of a site and using ceremony can bring an inner change on an invisible level to support the outer one.

7. Open up a client's sensitivity to their property by offering language and techniques to retrieve impressions from the environment. An attunement, a technique I use to open to sensitivity, is a way of harmonizing with your surroundings. It is a way of settling into a place, like calling a meeting with a site’s tangible and intangible energies.

8. Give a timeline and a priority list for different cures or solutions and a summary of the visit.
